Indian opener Yashasvi Jaiswal fulfilled his wishes by giving a bat with an autograph to one of his fan visually impaired children Ravi. The child was desperate to meet the Indian batsman. Cricket fan Ravi was trying to meet Jaiswal from the first Test match played in Leeds against England and his wish was finally fulfilled on the fourth day of the second Test here on Saturday.
Overwhelmed by Ravi’s passion for the game and love towards him, Jaiswal gifted the child with his autograph, on which the message was written, “Best wishes to Ravi with love.”
In a video posted on social media by the Cricket Board of India (BCCI), Jaiswal told Ravi, “Hello Ravi, how are you?” I am famous, I am happy to meet you. I was really excited to meet you because I know you are a big fan of cricket. I do not know why I was nervous about meeting you. ”
