Shubman Gill, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shreyas Iyer, Mohammad Siraj and above, Jaspreet Bumrah – Best Players of Indian Cricket – All are available for the continental championship to be held from 9 to 28 September, which is difficult to exclude any of them. Gill’s IPL season was very impressive, scoring 650 runs at an average of 50 and a strike rate of more than 150. Unlike Gill – who is also his IPL captain – the IPL of Siraj (16 wickets in 15 matches) was nothing special. In fact, his India and Great Britain team fellow famous Krishna (25 wickets in 15 matches) had a better season. The best bowler Bumrah of this region is expected to be available, so the selectors will have to do as much as the balance they have to make while deciding on Jaiswal and Iyer. There is definitely a temptation to include them in the team, but it is not easy to keep both of them in the team.
