IND vs Eng Test Series: The Indian cricket team has reached Britain for the five -match Test series against England starting at the end of this month. The series is part of the 2025-27 ICC World Test Championship cycle (WTC Cycle). The Indian team left for Britain from Mumbai on Friday night.
Newly appointed captain Shubman Gill will lead the Indian team, which will begin a new era after recently retired from veterans like Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli.
Many Indian players have already reached England as part of India A team. India is currently participating in the three -match unauthorized Test series against England Lions.

Sai Sudarshan, who was included in the Test team for the first time in a video posted on X by the Cricket Board of India (BCCI), said, “It is good to be a part of the Indian cricket team, especially for the Test series. Welcome to Britain. ”
The first Test will be played in Leeds from 20 June. This will be followed by matches in Birmingham (2-6 July), Lords (10-14 July), Manchester (July 23-27) and Oval (4-8 August). (Language)
