Duke ball controversy ind vs eng 3rd test: There has been a lot of criticism from the players over the Duke ball in the Indo-England Test series, but its owner Dilip Jajodia wants the ‘Sports Superstar’ to show a little more patience on this controversial subject. During the third Test, Jajodia told PTI that his company is always ready to improve unusually hot weather in England and the batsmen’s aggressive game in the present time.
Duke Ball has been used in England since the 18th century.

The ball was replaced twice in the morning session on the second day of the third Test match being played in Lords. After the game of just 10 overs, there was anger among the Indian players to change the ball again.
He said, “There are only three recognized creators in world cricket (Dux, SG and Kabakra). Making a cricket ball is not easy. If it were easy, it would have been hundreds of manufacturers worldwide. ”
Jajodia said, “So I think the players need to understand that we are not sitting hand in hand. We are trying our best. If there is any problem, it will be reviewed and we will try to solve it. Whether it is a leather malfunction or something else. We will look into it. I am not drinking the cigar sitting comfortably. ,
He said, ‘‘Players can criticize my cricket ball. I can also criticize them for a bad shot or bad ball. you know what I mean? You have to be sensible. ”

After the second Test match of the series, Shubman Gill and Rishabh Pant expressed disappointment over the ball being soft and changing shape so soon. Former England fast bowler Stuart Broad, who took most of the 604 wickets in his Test career with Duke ball, has also talked against the fast deteriorating ball.
Jajodia said, “Superstars (big players) can argue. I have to make what they want. That’s all I can say. It is very easy to criticize. ”
When Jajodia was asked about the early spoilage of this ball, he said, “The weather has a big impact on this. The way of playing cricket and the type of bat is changing. Players are using more strength in the shot. The ball time from time to time collides with harsh things outside the boundary. In such a situation, this ball lasts for 80 overs and it is like a miracle.
This is so embarrassing for the game
These duke balls lose shape so easily that there’s noting for the bowlers once it loses its shine
The game is alredy so much batsmen dominated, don’t make it harder for Them ????

When asked about the displeasure of ECB by taking Duke ball, he said, “No, no immediate response has been received. We are in the middle of a test chain. I am saying with full respect that two results have come in the last matches. In this, India has won a match. Captain Gill has scored more runs than any other player. Two bowlers took 6 wickets. So I can just say that I am sorry for inconvenience but at least you are playing cricket. ”
SG Test balls are used at both domestic and international levels in India. Jajodia believes that a country playing huge cricket like India needs more ball options and their company will expand its presence to meet the growing market needs.
The company is in Meerut, but all its balls are finalized in England.
Jajodia has registered an office in India during his visit to Bengaluru last week, which will change the situation. He also met BCCI officials who are testing the ball. Veteran Administrator Brijesh Patel will be the head of Dux’s operation of India.
Jajodia said, “I was buying balls from Meerut and finalizing them (England) here. But now we will finalize them in India as well. We are increasing our presence because we believe that time is right in India. I mean, economy, enthusiasm, facilities that are providing in BCCI cricket, the facility in Bengaluru (is favorable for it). ”(Language)
